A very tastefully done-up interior design of an apartment located in the Tuscan-inspired architecture of western hills society. With landscape stretching in acres, the purpose was to provide this family of three with their dreamy humble abode. Analyzing the environment surrounding the space we decided to break the monotony and give a fusion of the styles to the interior space. With lots of discussion over reference images, the final result is spellbound.

The first step to the design was to carefully consider the space and derive efficient solutions with meticulous detailing that could optimize the client’s requirement. We replaced the builder-provided un-lovely tiles with slate grey 4’x2’ tiles from Johnson to match our design style. And extended the kitchen space over the existing dry terrace, to achieve more storage and transform it to an open kitchen layout.

The pinewood veneered door with white painted frames gives a discerning look to the entrance thus describing the insides. In this huge palette we have experimented with various styles but major influence being modern contemporary. Clean lines, warm wooden tones along with substantial use of vibrant colour strewn across the elongated area. Blending the space with a huge round wall-hung mirror and brass console, the space glorifies sophistication. The entertainment unit in living is the love of detail the client requested. With white colour metal display following geometry and random grooved patterned MDF panel this unit is irresistible pulchritude of design and detail. Glaring the eye is the forest green wall behind the dining, guiding the entrance to the guest room and maintaining a focal of the space.

Kitchen is a very critical portion of any home, which requires proper attention. Made in semi gloss poly-acrylic shutters and stunning quartz countertop, this kitchen is a classic example of modern design. Dining table made in metal base and veneered top, balancing the symmetry of materials. Geometric bar unit in the dining area shelters aged wine bottles and hosts the beautiful Indian artefacts.

All the three bedrooms have been tastefully done with each bedroom having its own definite style. Master bedroom reflects the client’s personality with neutral colour and dark wood flooring. Contradicting each other yet creating a harmony. Tall standing mirror in brass and the extensive sliding wardrobe.  Provides sufficient space for clothing, accessory and daily usage items. Long curtains in voluptuous blue linen border and floral patterned headboard make this room captivating.

Moving on to the kid’s room dressed over with soft toned pastel colours, the occupant of the space is a 13year old girl perusing the traits of a ‘Sagittarius’. Keeping in mind the character, the furniture is given the medley of colours with hexagonal embossed MDF over the drawers and white sleek handles.  Gypsum ceiling embellished with fibre optical lights in the shape of a kid’s star sign and a cat face dressing mirror are the cuties of this room.

Along with divergent spaces and vibrant colours this project orchestrates various materials. Pine wood veneers sourced from century veneers and beautifully woven fabrics from D’decor. Brushed brass knobs and sleek cabinet handles from benzoville. Lights from TISVA, customized to make the perfect ambience.

With the focus on minute detailing and innovative utilization of materials, the designers finally translated the imagination into a subtle yet vibrant design where the family enjoys their time.
